Clamshell Serving Platter
Inspired by the shape and shell of a clam.
12 ga. Cold formed stainless steel.
Diameter - 12.5 inches
Even though it's an asymmetrical shape it spins perfectly on a central balance point ,obviating the need for "feet". The raised ridge in the back (where the hinge would be on the real thing) forms a nice grip for conveying and handling the platter.
This work is available.
Note me for pricing.
